Meet your Instructor!
Kelly is an actor based in Utah who’s been seen on stages across the state. She recently starred as Molly Brown in The Unsinkable Molly Brown, Jovie in Elf the Musical, and Alice in The Addams Family at Hale Centre Theatre. Some of her all-time favorite roles include Jerusha in Daddy Long Legs, Gertrude McFuzz in Seussical the Musical, and Janet Van De Graaf in The Drowsy Chaperone. This fall, you can find her running around Arendelle as Princess Anna in Disney’s Frozen at Hale Centre Theatre.
Offstage, Kelly is a private acting coach who’s passionate about helping young performers shine – both in their craft and in their confidence. She’s also the founder of The Confidence Academy, where she works with teen girls to build unshakable self-love and belief in themselves.
When she’s not in rehearsal or coaching sessions, Kelly is chasing joy with her husband, Dillon, and their two dogs, Jabba and Murphy. She’s a lover of all things pink, sunshine-filled days, and always planning her next magical getaway to Disneyland. @kellyecoombs
