Availability (April-June)

Please indicate your general availability or any major conflicts to your schedule between April and June. While we have some flexibility in accommodating schedules, we expect you to indicate your conflicts on this application. If a conflict arises that was not indicated on this application you are required to give advance notice if you will be absent from a project, rehearsal, or performance in which you have committed to attend. Your participation is required during tech week (June 9-12 from 5-10pm) and performance week (June 16-21 from 5pm-10pm). If you are not available during those two weeks, your application will not be considered.
